Seems europe still has some common sense.

At least europe has demonstrated a few times already they wont fall prey or be corrupted as easily as the US, for example, with the entertainment industries´ history of lies and propaganda, consumers rights SHOULD ALWAYS be above of those of private corporations and insatiable greed for money and CONTROL.

I believe he did.

It makes sense as the add on device appears to be intended to provide access to legal content. It could be used illegally - and will be by some as a certainty - but that is not the fault of the device or it's manufacturer.

Any illegal use here falls on individuals and that's where Nintendo will have to focus.

More lawyer's fees and legal gymnastics. Evil or Very Mad

That comment was meant to point out the ridiculousness of dan9999's personal vendetta against electronic companies in the form of a joke (you apparently didn't get it (oh well)).
