Hmm....well, I'll give them credit for trying to do something different with the story and all since the manga is still ongoing right now, but the things that's going to bug the crap out of me is what they went for with Sebastian and Shiori (Not Ciel) for looks and all. I know it's an interpretation of the source material, but there's that inner fan in me that can't let it slide so easily.

Oh well. Until the movie itself comes out, I'll reserve judgment....though it's not going to be easy. X3

I'm a little disappointed that its not Ciel but at the same tie i'm glad they are taking a different spin on this, rather than trying to stick closely to the source material.

Haha true but the source material of Akira could be portrayed poorly in 1 film or decently in 2. It's a shame we will never know. Wink
