Really hope this is a seriously awesome 1st/3rd person tank strategy action game - really enjoyed this show considering I thought I would hate it when it was first airing.

My original thoughts were 'This show is god damn silly, but I guess it could be fun to watch ironically and forget about next season'. It now sits comfortably in my top 10 of all time.
On a side note, I'm glad Girls und Panzer is getting a lot of attention lately. It really deserves it.

Agreed. GuP has become one of my favorite anime in recent years. It really deserves the exposure it's getting, unlike other anime I can think of (i.e. Sword Art Online, based on testimony from fellow ToonZone users; I can't actually say I hate it myself because I haven't actually seen it).
As for the game, I'm really hoping to see it come stateside, at least as a digital download. Probably my best reason to get a PS Vita (I only have a 3DS at the moment). The quality may be unpredictable (as licensed games generally tend to be mediocre), but I say it's worth my attention.
