Very cool. This technology could have an interesting future, I think. I wonder how low the clouds have to be for it work.

I recently watched a short documentary on the Cloud Project on NHK World - it was pretty interesting. This was a logical next step.

That said, they better secure these things well - if they aren't careful, it's only a matter of time before the everybody in a city learns of Goatse all at once.

Okay, that's really neat! Would be perfect for where I live, as there seems to be no shortage of clouds during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons.
