I was looking at their $36 "Cowboy Bebop Bundle" It includes the "Full TV Series" and the movie. The box that it showed for the "Full TV Series" happened to be the "Perfect session" Box set, which isn't the "Full" series, it's simply the fan/creator's favourite episodes. And the movie's dvd case isn't the American box cover. Instead it's the same cover I saw at a bootleg-selling movie store. It's possible that the cover is the japanese version, but I don't know. I'm just warning anyone who comes across this place. It doesn't look that legit

You're right. That's a bootleg. That cover is from the Perfect Sessions box, which was a limited edition box of the entire series, not the director's and fans' favorite series (that collection's called the Best Sessions). The number of discs gives it away: 3 discs for the series + the movie on another disc...region free...Chinese subtitles...definitely a bootleg set. |
