You mean the TV series? Not in English.

You'd have to hit up eBay for a videotape of one of the movies.

As far I know... Galaxy Epress 999 TV series hasn't seen a US release. The Galaxy Express 999 movie, along with Adieu Galaxy Express 999, haven't been released on DVD yet.

Here's where you can find the VHS of the movies on Amazon:search results

(Pay no mind to the DVD listing. Aside from being unavailable, the description mentions chinese subtitles. I think someone must've made that listing to sell a used bootleg DVD.)
