Before I get started, what I've seen on the posts about Toonami Jetstream is just telling what genre of anime they like and their shows. The Jetstream topic which is still around will kind of be different than mine since that topic is not directly sticking to their thoughts on the animes. So, It's OK to make my own little version about Toonami Jetstream..I hope
Anyway, on July 17th, Toonami Jetstream will be airing on Cartoon Network with the following animes: - Naruto - Hikari no Go - Megas XLR - Prince of Tennis - Mar (?) Perhaps you already have seen these animes before on your free time but my questions to you all are: Whats you predictions on the number of hits on any show? Secondly, Which was you're favorite anime before Toonami Jetstream comes along? Third,Do you feel that with Jetstream, other kids (who are not interested in anime that much, will start to want to learn more about it? Finally,How do you think the storyline will differ in the anime to the manga version? So I don't seem like I'm "demanding" the answers, I'll propose my own. Now, to be honest I have never watched a full series of Naruto before (only about 15minutes of an episode) and Megas XLR I've never seen before, I've only seen Prince of Tennis in Shonen Jump (and skimmed through the chapters) as for Hikari no Go and Mar I have never heard of them. And, it's impossible for me to have a favorite anime because I havn't watched them previous to Jetstream but I intend to watch them since they all will start from the beginning (I hope.) I do feel that people will be drawn to anime, depending on the show action. I remember that I got hooked on anime (without knowing what it was) through the actions of the show. I just liked to watch it. Yes, I feel that the anime will differ from the manga storyline a little simply because it has happened before and it would be boring to watch a motion picture of something you've read before, correct? Last Questions: Why will you watch Toonami Jetstream if you already watched other animes before? and Do you think that Jetstream will be better than the old Toonami? I'm going to like Toonami Jetstream because it will now give me the chance to watch the series and start from the beginning which will give me the oppertunity to learn more about the series. Finally, I do think that Jetstream will be better than Toonami because they will be showing better animes which suits the current anime community. Note: Please provide a breif explanation on your answers to the above questions which you can find in bold print Thanks! |

How about, instead of everyone making a billion Jetstream threads, we just use the first one?
