She wanted the Canadians to win the Cup? Awww. Very Happy Too bad Edmonton didn't though. Sad

As for her USA vs. Canada audience comment, usually every audience is the best audience in an artist's eyes (I think =\), so that kind of answer is expected. *nods*

(We were still better though. Anime hyper Razz)

Reason number 713 why I want to live in Hokkaido: I've is based out of there. Quality music, fresh beer snowy weather and delicious ramen? What more do you need?

Buster's right about the audience thing, too. I saw a band play dates in two different cities and both times they said, "Man, you guys are the best crowd we've ever seen!!!!!!!!!" It also didn't help he said it during the same break between songs. Meh.

Wow I never realized she was such a cool and sweet person. I love her music and I'll support her by buying the new CD.

That was a really good show. Except that those bright lights were constantly in my eyes.

I actually got to meet KOTOKO after her show at Anime North and was also able to talk to her for a few minutes. Our conversation wasn't as long as the interview but she still came across as a really nice, modest person. I thought her AN show was excellent, with some cool outfits, great music and some funny/cute Engrish between the songs. ^___^ Thankfully, I didn't have the same problem, as Jinkei, with the lights.

The Hane CD, which was released on Wednesday, was available at the Anime North show and I'm assuming that it was also for sale at A-Kon. I picked a copy up before the show so I've actually had my autographed CD for about a month now. I would definitly reccomend it to anyone who likes her music.

I felt lucky to be able to attend KOTOKO's A-Kon concert--I didn't meet her or get any autographs, but being there and feeling the energy of all the other fans was just incredible. I decided to take a look at Starship Operators just because she performed the ED theme, which was much softer and slower than the other high-energy J-pop songs. I'll have to pick up ~hane~ if I see it somewhere.

You got to speak with her? Lucky. She is really nice, especially since she decided to autograph everybody, even though she was supposed to only stay for about 20 min. after an announcement! I have my Please Twins! Novel #2 autographed now due to that kindness. Very Happy

I've also decided to check out a couple of the series that she's sung songs for, particularly Kannazuki no Miko. Suppuration -Core- has been on loop on my playlist since AN. :p
