I'm using the Mozilla Firefox browser and I'm having some problems with the forums. I can still post in all the threads but some things don't appear on the pages. Like, the emoticons, my avatar, and the buttons you press when you want to post something are all invisible. Can anyone help with this?

1) Have you tried another browser, do you have the same problem with multiple browsers or only Firefox ?

2) Is the problme unique to this site & forum, or do you get it elsewhere on the site and in other phpbb2 forums?

3) Are the site graphics like the logo at the top of the page also missing, or is it only the phpbb2 graphics?


(I'm having no problems on this forum with Firefox 1.5.0.2)

I tried the forums out on Internet Explorer and it works fine on there but it still messes up on Firefox. I only have this problem at this site and I can't see the ANN site logo at the top of the page, either.

Do you use Adblock or something similar with Firefox?

My guess is that your configuration of Firefox is for some reason blocking images from ANN.

Adblock?

I've tried changing my options on Firefox so that popups are no longer blocked, but the ANN forums still don't work right.

I had once same problem. On some sites they were displayed always wrong. Firefox saving wrong site into Cache then always loading the site from Cache maybe, so it will always be wrong displayed.
I erased Cache and then worked fine.

Wow, sorry, I didn't notice that you had answered this.

The pop-up blocker wouldn't cause this, but a privacy protector or ad blocker would.
