Live Action submit?

Well, I have a question. When I want to submit a live-action from an anime,, what's the format?

I'm a bit confused in the add an anime feature.

The Live Action based on an anime, is Salaryman Kintaro.

Submit it as OAV, TV or movie (whichever is appropriate), and make a note of the fact that it is live-action in the URL.

If the title already exisits, try "Salary Man Kintaro (movie live-action)"
