Toriyama's world is hinting it has been licensed for R1. Anyone know for sure? (BTW it has been for some time in certain European Nations).

So far it's just the manga for which licensing claims have been made. ViZ has not indicated whether they have the anime rights, and most likely, they don't so let's not start rumors until there's some substantiation.

"But now, the pinnacle of our goals has now been reached, and it will soon be available to the mainstream manga market."

They're talking about the manga.

Good, its the manga. I have access to the orginal manga, and will use the scripts and some from my locale neighborhood importer. I love living in an Asian neighborhood.

a anime and manga about a board game wow the excitement is just too much for my old feeble body.....and i really hate HnG...it amazes me how some of these mangas/shows get licensed when there are other great things which should be licensed instead.....

Like what for example? How is an anime about a board game any different than an anime about a card game or an anime about playing basketball, or an anime about street racing? Just because it's not your thing doesn't mean it doesn't appeal to someone's interests. It's not as if it's a whole 23 minutes of watching a match take place.
