Is Swords of the Dark Ones worth checking out? I read about it and asked around but no one seems to know about it. Peace Out.

Sword of the Dark One is an okay title. The story wasn't that original and it was kind of short at 3 volume. There was a lot of cliche and felt like it's overdone. For a mature title, I thought the content was kind of tame.
One thing to note though: the first 2 books had really stiff paper that made all the page seem like it was water damage with wrinkle. It's also really hard to read because the book is so hard to keep open. CMX did fix the problem in the third volume, but reading the first 2 volume was a tough experience. |
