I was just wondering if anyone else heard of them. They're an instrumental band from Japan that are starting to get more popular. They got a bunch of mp3s on their website

You know, I checked out some music samples on their official website and some of it is quite good. What can you recommend?

I don't have any of their cd's but I liked the song "Halcyon (beautiful days)" it's very drawn out and beautiful.

I like Mono. Not a lot, but some. I haven't listened to their stuff too much, yet, since I like various other instrumental music considerably more. They remind me a lot of "Explosions in the Sky," another band with a very similar style.
So, if you like Mono, you might want to check out Explosions in the Sky. |

Yes, I've heard some Explosions in the Sky songs they sound pretty much the same. I also like another instrumental band from Canada named Godspeed! You Black Emperor.
