Okay this is what I need help with. Does anyone know if any retail stores in Canada sell any albums of either Orange Range or Asian Kung Fu Generation. If not then Can anyone tell me where I can try to acquire their albums?

Not being Canadian, I wouldn't know about any physical retail or online stores that specialize in J-music. But if you have no luck finding a place, there's always Yes Asia. They're pretty much the hub of buying import items straight from, as the site implies, Asia.

Tofu Records recently decided to release an Asian Kung Fu Generation CD. It's available through Suncoast and other media stores like bookstores. They will not have it at mainstream music stores like Best Buy or FYE.
