The Anime Network has it, but besides that, nowhere. Most anime never get a US TV broadcast.

You can always buy the DVDs too, or borrow it from a friend... Chobits ended awhile ago on Anime Network ON Demand, it might pop up again later... But I say it would probably be easier to borrow or buy the DVDs
