YUI is awesome. I have most of her albums and was pretty sad when she said she would be taking a break from music awhile back. Great that she will be coming back now with a band. I wonder how much different her sound will be with a band behind her as well.

I would have much preferred her to stay solo but I'll always be supportive of her. I just hope her talents don't become blended with the rest of the group. She is an exceptional singer and musician.

Can't say I'm honestly excited to hear this. YUI is my favorite singer and I'd be extatic if she came back a soloist, but I'm not sure if her songs will have the same feelings as part of a band. I'm really curious as to what led to this decision, seeing how she's always been pretty successful on her own. I just hope she keeps composing those sweet guitar ballads that I love of her.

Well, let's face the truth. Her songs really sucked lately. The second half of her career was not really impressive when compared to the first half. She was obviously in a big slump and needed a new impulse. And this is it.
