Kodocha is never going to appear on TV, and the release was pushed back to Aug 2 for vol 1.
And you misunderstood what that person said anyway. He never said it was going to air on TV, what he said was that it was coming out on DVD June 26, but FUNimation pushed back the release of Vol 1 to Aug 2.
