how do i get to put rateing on the anime i want

ex like if i wanna put masterpice for a certain anime or excellent on an anime how do i do that

This topic should belong in the Encylopedia board, but I'll answer it. First put the title you want to rate in your "My Anime" list, which can be found on the right side, under Misc, and click on "Add anime that I've seen.". Go back to your "My Anime" list page after picking the title, click on the box next to the title, then click on "Rate".
