No, breaking street is not illegal. It may be a breach of contract, and it is very frowned upon.

Company's that break street often find themselves blacklisted by distributors. Some distributors are more strict about this than others.

yeah best buy doesnt care about what they are told to do and pretty much just shelve stuff any way but you know where else can you find full metal panic the box set for 57.99
when it is not on sale. That is a rhetorrical question im sure ill get a million answers

The Suncoast around where I live is really exoensive. All there Anime dvds are 30dollars and Dvds with the boxes are 40.

I love Best Buy the one near me always puts it's anime out early. The only companies that will fine or blacklist them are are the main Hollywood movie makers (which they don't sell earlier than the street date), which actually care about that kind of thing for reasons which escape me personally.

That's not just the Suncoast near you. Suncoast sells everything, not including limited time special deals, at MSRP.

I went to Best Buy last night, figured as long as I was out I'd check to see if todays releases were on the shelf early. They didn't have Fumoffu out though, however I was able to pick up Gunslinger Girl 2 last night at least.

Crying or Very sad I was under the impression that burst angel Dvd 2 was to be out the ninth but it wasent on the shelves?


Very Happy but my good ole fumufu was.


p.s. any know the release date for the Melody of oblivion dvd 2?

DVD 2 was funny as hell, great stuff, i love the konta-kun *sorry don't know how to spell it) and i have to admit i'm a softy for those little love scences where they express there feelings. Ahh i can't help it...............

I laughed really hard at the scene with Bonta-kun vs. Psycho Cop! And normally, it takes a lot to get me to laugh at all at an anime Very Happy
