I'm really going to try to keep an eye on Ishida's career. 'Fumiko's Confession' showed he can do comedy, and 'Rain' seems to confirm he can do a great 'artsy' style as well. The trailer looks almost like something Makoto Shinkai would do, except Ishida's proven he's not stuck doing the same emotions over and over.
His future should be really interesting.

Shinkai's newest anime looks little like his previous ones, and all his other works are really good anyways.

Awesome!! Fumiko's Confession rocked, and I can't wait to see this one in full. It looks like it's gonna be great!

Hahaha Fumiko's Confession reminded me of a Loony Tunes short, very funny but needs subtitles but still funny Hahaha.
Rain looks interesting in a art way

That robot thing in the trailer looked like a giant Chibi-Robo to me...
