Oh, Section23. Thanks for being a complete turnoff to not only interests, but also my wallet. $70 for a sub only show that will most likely be in a stackpak. That's hilarious.

I may pick up Amagami SS, To Love Ru, and Mardock Scramble if I can find really good sales on them, but there's nothing really up there on my list of must have.

I might be able to get the halves of To Love Ru for cheap once the full collection comes out. MM! I am going to wait for a sale on that one.

Just that one for me. Everything else, to me, is pretty blah.

What am I looking at again here? Something that's supposed to entice interest, maybe even a purchase?
...Strange. It's not happening. Maybe I'm missing some key ingredient.

Yeah I'm also in the "wait for a sale" crowd. To-Love Ru, MM!, and Amagai SS interest me, but I just have other stuff that interests me more.

Definitely, Mardock Scramble, since I've had my eye on that for a while. Maybe To-Love-Ru as well since Netflix will probably never get the rest of the series for rent and I like to finish what I start.

I just find it annoying that Amagami SS was added to TRSI's catalog after their recent Sentai Filmworks sale. Oh well, I have to wait to get it at the next sale.

Yeah, I found out the hard way buying the season set of Special A. Granted, I did not pay retail but still, for the same price from FUNImation I would get either a digipak or thinpak with a dub. Now, I primarily watch subs and since I don't use my box sets for juggling practice stackpacks don't infuriate me as much as some ; as a consumer I still like to get fair value for my hard-earned dollar. If I'm getting a real dirt-cheap price (around $1 per episode) then I'm not going to bitch about a stackpak (though FUNimation uses liteboxes for their cheap sets which I do prefer) but at this price point it does bother me.

I really hope with these prices that Section23 is putting something interesting on the packaging end because they are totally not competitive with Funimation.
It's also a bit sad because while I'm also purchasing Rosario, I'd prefer ToLoveRu be dubbed than the other way around (particularly if the second season of ToLoveRu is done, because I thought that it was better), but oh well.

Nope. No special packaging--just high prices.
Hell, as a matter of fact, they're actually taking a step BACK when they use stackpacks.

Don't laugh, you know if CPM was still around we'd have a special edition blu-ray of MD Geist.
Thanks for reminding me I need to pick up a cheap copy from Amazon ($8.54 including shipping from shawnek) to add to my bad anime collection.
