Oh wow, the new xxxHolic OVA looks so pretty. And I think this is the first time that Suga Shikao didn't sing a theme for xxxHolic. However, this time the music only seems fitting considering that this is very likely the last animated piece for xxxHolic we'll see with the manga coming to an end.

-keeps praying for Funimation to pick up the rest of xxxHolic now- Gah, I want to see this dubbed!

Considering how hauntingly beautiful and emotional the first Xxxholic: Ro OVA was (seriously, all you have to do is say 3 little words: "spoiler[I'm home, Watanuki]," and I start blubbering like a baby) I have really high hopes for the second one, even though I honestly have no idea where it's going to go from here.

I'm also disappointed with Funimation with not releasing all of Holic. I'm surprised that they wouldn't want to even licence it even for streaming; the only reason I could see is that maybe the first season didn't sell all that well here in the States...

Lol, I definitely know how that feels. The beginning with Yuuko got me as well, I cried at that scene both in the animation and the manga~ Razz But, yeah, really looking forward to this OVA - looks lovely, and I'm curious where it will go.

That's the reason as to why it hasn't gotten licensed yet, actually. Lance said that during the Baltiport Q&A we had on here last year when I questioned why the rest of xxxHolic hadn't be licensed yet.
