Nope. In Japan perhaps, but here it's about to hit theaters.

Just saw the 6 trailers for it on Yahoo (see main page).
The animation is just gorgeous, dub is also excellent as well. One of the best dubs to come out of Disney in my honest opinion. |

Chrispin Freemen is even in it. I won't say when, but it was a shock to most of us there.

I've done the same, and thought that the only thing that looked semi- awkward about it was that billy crystal didn't exactly match up to the 'lips' of Calcifer. (At least in the Yahoo! Trailers) Otherwise, it looks and sounds beautiful. |

I just saw Howls and all I have to say is "WOW". I haven't been this blown away by an anime (or any film for that matter) since I saw Whisper of the Heart! I was so knocked off my feet that at the end I was giddy like a school girl, skipping around the streets of Boston flailing my arms! It was so strange ! Miayazaki is like a fine wine, he gets better with age... I hope everyone on the forms gets a chance to see this movie!

Heh, I can give that one to them though, because matching up to Calcifer's 'lips' is pratically impossible with the way he's animated, all squiqqly-like....I'm going to see it tomorrow or the day after. |

Has Disney released any list of cities at all?

My roommate and I are heading to the Uptown Theatre to see it this Friday! We're both practically shivering with anticipation. Maybe I'll bump into a few other Minnesota ANNers while I'm there. I hope Takahata's new film will get the same treatment when it comes out.
