Is it possible to modify the Joined date to match the custom time stamp format?

We can modify the time stamp display, which is awesome, because I'm not a fan of the default format. But can we do the same for the Joined date listed below the posters' name in each post? It's kind of weird to have the dates in different formats in each post.

Unfortunately the format of the joined date can't be changed, it appears to be hardcoded.

You can however change the format of the other dates to whatever you want. Go to your profile and change the date there.

If you want to match it to the format of the joined date, it would be j M Y g:i a

Mine is set to Y-m-d H:i, a readable version of ISO 8601.
