FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish them much luck in finding a new boss, but I think we can all agree that Kahn has made some pretty bad business decisions that led the company to this point. On the downside he was pretty good to his employees(read that he took a cut in his own paycheck rather than fire his workers), so I guess he'll be missed.

What happens after this is probably going to determine 4 Kids fate. Perhaps their new CEO will lead them in a better direction. Their already making some improvements, such as the creation of Toonzaki, but there's more that could be done. I definently want to see how this develops.

On the plus side(your mileage may vary) it seems from that speech that 4 Kids IS still looking into getting new shows.

Wow, he gets like $1.5m in severance if 4Kids lasts six months. I'd imagine he'll be holding his breath each month that 4Kids doesn't go belly-up before the severance check clears.

DAMMIT! You beat me to it!

I hate 4Kids for all they've done and Kahn for his bad decision making, but it's still kinda sad.

It also makes me wonder what's gonna happen to 4kids in the future. I wonder if this'll affect the way they dub- and treat anime localization in general.

Nah nah nah nah. Nah nah nah nah. Hey hey hey. Goooooodbye!

And that is exactly what popped into my mind after reading this. I may sound mean but its about damn time that Kahn left. He made too many stupid/bad decisions which resulted in a high number of fans hating the company (me being one of them). Let's hope that they find someone better.

mmmmm....i'm not sure weather I should cheer about this or just be shocked surprised, because I don't care much about 4kids anymore,I mean when was the last time they got an actual good decent anime?

and yeah, the guy gave bad direction for the company,I can understand that like saying that kids today don't read and all,but hopely they find a new boss to give 4kids a proper treatment.

than again,as I mentioned,I could care less about 4kids now adays since they don't dub much anime anymore like they used too and they barely finish half they're properties like F-Zero GP Legend, Ojamajo Doremi, or Tokyo Mew Mew,which they lost the rights to that.

I'll give them credit for one thing, when it came to the 2003 Teenage mutant ninja turtles series, they did a pretty good job with that. Very Happy

I hate 4kids, too. I hate how they're the reason why shows like Pokemon and Yugi-oh blew up in America and created a new generation of anime fans.

I can't tell. Were you being sarcastic?

On a serious note, I hope the new CEO won't screw around with 4 Kids current plan too much, it's nice to see that their trying to make an honest attempt at helping the anime industry, and I'd hate to see that get screwed up.
