Hopefully my explanation makes sense. I'd like to know where I can buy genuine English dub DVDs of the 1979 Mobile Suit Gundam series. I'm not quite sure what they look like, or even their release date. Bandai's old site gives a broken link. Thanks for listening to me!

You can try hunting down the original single DVD that were released in the early 2000's, but from the prices on the used market it going to be a more expensive approach. NExt year Bandai is supposed to be released the series again in the AL box set which will have the English audio along with Japanese dub so you might want to wait until the new set comes out.

Well how about some pictures of the sets? At least knowing their appearance will help me identify them should I get lucky.

Like asimpson2006 said, Bandai is re-releasing the original Mobile Suit Gundam series in 2011. The article here has more details. There is no exact release date for the original series at the moment. |
