I have a question about a property that was mentioned during an episode of ANNCast about a year ago. The hosts were talking about an anime or manga where the Earths environment had reached a tipping point and there were intense storms and horrible earthquakes. (maybe caused by a nuclear holocaust?) A group of people were trying to get from one settlement to another or maybe to a safe haven. There were wild animals that they ran into and some of the animals were traveling alongside the humans because the conditions were so bad. I remember hearing this podcast while I was shopping for a down jacket so it must have been in the first third of 2012. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
