Nope. Here's to hoping Viz has enough common sense to pull out the Kazebon releases!

I saw a video of a Viz panel from a con earlier this year, and someone asked if Viz was going to release the kanzenban-only chapters. The reps then asked the audience if they would like to see those chapters brought over, and the repsonse seemed to be a mostly unanimous "Yes".
So I'm sure Viz knows of those chapters, but I guess they're going to wait and see how this last volume does, ala what Shieusha did in Japan.

Viz can't just release the chapters in volume form, either they have to bought the license for the kanzenban.. And I highly doubt they will do that, at least not before testing waters with titles like DB or Kenshin that sell more and have kanzenbans..
And the other possible option I could see is making a special volume (or 2) which includes the new chapters, but that would also be kinda costly for Viz, but I think it could be done, after all in Spain a publisher was planning on making their own version of Ranma kanzenban!! *it doesn't exist in Japan*
