Just, wow. This looks like it could be awesome. I wonder if they'll be published in English as well.

This is sort of odd but nice to see for people in Japan to read. I would like to see those getting western release like in US and Europe.

I've always thought Carmen would make for an interesting manga.

...Actually, I've also always thought Phantom of the Opera should be adapted into a shoujo manga. (It has been adapted into manga before, but nothing really major, as far as I could tell.)

This is pretty cool. Carmen or La Traviata would make some interesting manga. Interesting that Yamaha is doing something like this.

I haven't been to an opera in many year, I remember went to opera 2 times when I was in my elementary school chorus. I remember watching Don Giovanni (which maybe could do well as a manga), and I forgot the other one I watch. But it was a great time. I would like to watch opera again in the future.

I would be very interested in reading that Carmen adaptation, and might look into some of the others too.

Another set?

(Hint: This isn't even close to being the first line of manga based off of western opera.)

The Magic FLute was already adapted in comic ("western") by P. Craig Russell, years ago. It was not a huge success, BTW

I have always believed The Marriage of Figaro would make the perfect shoujo manga; I mean it totally has aristocrats and love polygons and cross-dressing shota.
