I was watching the video for Far East Movement's Rocketeer feat Ryan Tedder I doubt that's actually the illustrator in the video but I think I saw Princess Ai artwork in it particularly at about 2:43 any other fans want to verify? there's another shot or so after that.
If it is yeah manga in pop culture!? I <3 far east movement so I think its cool. |

It has pretty art, I will admit. The story doesn't weird me out as much as it should, since I'd never heard of Courtney Love or Kurt Cobain before reading it. My old roommate wouldn't touch the books, though.
More than anything, Princess Ai is an easy target to hate. Seeing all of the other OELs get dropped, while Princess Ai needlessly soldiers on, is kind of vexing. |
