It's fun to run into the same character designers every now and then. The instant I saw the character designs for Kamisama no memo-chou. I instantly saw Hanasaku Iroha in my head. Same thing with Ano Hana I instantly though Toradora, HSOTD, and reborn!

Yup, my initial point of interest in Kamisama was hearing it was a detective show, perhaps a bit like Gosick, with designs by the same character designer that did those and Atelier Rorona. Sweet looking trailer, the visuals are looking great and it's nice to see that like Hanasaku Iroha the anime designs look a lot like his art.
