Alba says she has spoken with Cameron about a few projects, but Battle Angel is not one of them. "No, he hasn't talked to me about that yet."

What's your beef with Jessica Alba? I thought she was awesome in Dark Angel, and she looks the part of a badass.

The only reason people hire her are cus of her looks. She can't act worth a damn. And she hasn't had any successful films. Even if Sin City and Fantastic Four make money, it won't be because of her. P.S. Horndogs watching Sin City for her should note that she won't be nude, because of a clause in her contract.

I'm with you on this! Dark Angel was one of my favorite shows, but FOX killed it because, among other reasons, they moved the second season to Friday nights, which is Death Valley to FOX programming. (The Sept. 11 attacks also played some role with the show's cancellation.) I like to see how she does in Sin City and Fantastic 4. |

Gatsu isn't into pretty women (animated women perhaps).
I mean even if she can't act that well, that's not the real reason why a lot of guys watch her film. Even if she's a decent actor, her looks definitely makes up for it. |

Score one for Gatsu. Ouch. I pretty much agree. She looked hot in Dark Angel, but I belive Cortany Love acting alittle more. |

I don't think Alba would fit the part of Gally. But according to the article it said that James Cameron hasn't talked to her about it yet. That's doesn't mean she won't get offered the role and accept. And what's wrong with her looking good in Sin City? Nudity doesn't always equal sexy. But you make it sound like its the first time people have gone to a movie just for the parts where a woman flaunts her body. Didn't a movie called Catwoman come out recently which was just an excuse for that to happen?

Trance: She plays the part of a stripper. A stripper isn't supposed to model clothes. And Catwoman flopped, cus it tried to use a sexual angle for a normally non-sexual character.

The Catwoman thing was a joke. I think its obvious why it failed. As far as Alba being a stripper, I didn't expect any clothes to really come off dispite the role. In any case I'm gonna see the movie for other reasons besides Alba dancing around on a pole. It'll still be nice eye candy though.
