Okay, so I've heard about this happening before, but can't think of any other examples right now.
Episode 13 of Persona 4 is "A Stormy Summer Vacation 1/2". This is on the official website, as well as in the episode itself. However, on Television.co.jp, the episode title is listed as "The Witch Detective Loveleen" (which also fits the episode). The site doesn't list MBS on their schedule, and I can't find episode titles on either TBS or MBS's website to see if their sites reflect this alternate title as well. Should this be entered in as an alternate episode title, and, if so, how? |

The "how" could be done with a REM, althought if it is a subtitle it could be re-entered as something like "A Stormy Summer Vacation part 1: The Witch Detective Loveleen".
The episode itself is authoritative but AoD has only just added 12, I've not watched it yet, and this machine doesn't have Flash. |

I haven't checked The Anime Network yet, and I missed the beginning of MBS's broadcast yesterday, but TBS's broadcast didn't use the Witch Detective title anywhere. No clue where that title even came from.

A quick check on Syoboi showed the title as the first mentioned. Since the former title is on the official website: I do not see a reason to add a different title.

Except that it wasn't from an English-language site. It was from television.co.jp, which is basically Japanese TV Guide, and that was the episode title in their listings (written in English, as are all the episode titles for the show).
