Chrono Code (#4901) page messed up

I wasn't sure if this goes here or in the "Bugs & Technical Questions" forum, but since the bug is in the encyclopedia, I posted it here.

There's something wrong with the Chrono Code page. Everything on the page just says "Chrono Code" and "Riverside". The images are broken, they just return this message: "/images/encyc/Chrono%20Code-3.jpg does not exist"

The layout is messed up too. The staff and companies appear below the whole ANN menu (the left menu) and the right menu is below this. The layout problem doesn't seem to be browser-dependent since I've checked with IE and Firefox.

I checked a few other series at random and found two other that have the same problem: #4804 and #4785.
