I continue being seriously tempted/tortured to get Japan's release of the second movie. The images totally kick ass, particularly the new angel and Kaworu images. Please let this get licensed soon so I can save the $50 on a version I don't understand!!!

I doubt Khara intends to push a second LE out the door as quickly as they did with 1.0. I mean, that would kind of be like Kyoto running a second season of Endless Eight--alright the first time, but then it gets old.

You do know that Kadokawa parodied Eva's release style with Endless Eight home video?

I just watched 1.11 Blu-ray last night and I can't wait to see this. Two years is a long time to wait. Crying or Very sad Hopefully it will be on a fast track to America if it has sold well.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this the basic release of the BD/DVD?

I'm fairly certain this article is just focusing on the fact that they released details about the content.

I'm still confused about the numbering system on these movies. By getting the later numbers (i.e. 1.11, 2.22), we aren't missing out on anything in the previous versions, right? 0_o...
