Is there a program i can download that can let me view japanese letters in a japanese site in english? If there is one please tell me, i have been trying to search for one for a while now, Thanks.

To answer your question, yes, there are. But they're generally pricey and usually come bundled with those special typing programs which allow you to type in Japanese. I remember seeing one at a college bookstore for something like $200. Ideally, you'd want a program like this. But for doing stuff on the fly online, then Babelfish is good, but not necessarily foolproof, and the translations sometimes come out as babel themselves.

rikai.com is a help page for viewing Japanese webpages.
You enter another url into the box at rikai.com, and it views the page with balloon language help, including romanization. |
