It looks like the Saikano OAV tells of the Saikano storyline through Chise's perspective meaning we will know more of why the military chose her as the Ultimate Weapon judging from the promo.

if thats the case then it actly has a chance of being good.

I though when I first heard it it was going to be a sequal or something and thought dear god I hope not considering spoiler[ EVERYONE DIES!!!! ]
