OH GOD NOT TOLOVERU.
Then Nodame's gonna end later next year too. Not going to have much left to read soon. |

I guess that means that, since they already announced that OVA episodes would be released up to Volume 18 of To Love-Ru, that'll also end up being the last volume for the series. We can probably assume that those OVA episodes will cover the ending as well, but I guess we'll see.

I'm just surprised Viz hasn't announced a stateside release for To Love-Ru yet.

Not To-LOVE-Ru, not every black cat person has made a cameo in it yet
so this mean black cat part 2 may be happening because To-LOVE-Ru is ending? |

Was/Will Freesia be made into a live-action film? I read that it was/will be, on Wikipedia, but the information given is not necessarily always accurate. I was unaware of the fact that there was an anime adaptation of Noramimi. Perhaps I should check it out sometime... are the episodes short (3-5 minutes) or full length (19-25 minutes)? Also, hope these series are licensed in English in the near future as I have been curious about each of them for some time. Though my interest with To-Love-Ru is waning. Does the manga adaptation of To-Love-Ru have the level of fanservice the anime version has?

from the few episodes of the anime for TLR and the OVA episodes
the manga has a little less fanservice and it isn't as bad as the anime was with it. The anime went off in to filler land half the time from what I know |

To Love-Ru ending? Well, I couldn't care less or more.
The author did a splendid job elonging the manga with useless fillers and throwing girls everywhere and here to the main character. The manga was like Black Cat with gratuitious panty and near-naked body shots, minus the action and a deep storyline. I wonder what the next manga will be... It sure won't be disappointing, to say the least. Speaking of disappointment: Nobuhiro Watsuki! What the hell! Get on with the flow on the generation! Go moe! Or an action title again... minus the wacky sci-fi element. |

Viz isn't gonna touch this title. They censor Naruto for crying out loud... |

ac195 says:
TokyoPop essentially rewrote the actual Battle Vixens script from what I hear. All manga and anime series must come to end (Kochikame, anyone?). |

I am surprised To Love-Ru lasted as long as it did, but the ending is apparantly very sudden and rushed, and there are rumours surrounding the situation. Well... I hope Yabuki is okay, and that if he makes a next series, it'll be... better. I enjoyed Black Cat, even if it wasn't exactly an outstanding title...
And... Embalming is as moe as Watsuki has ever been, if you ask me. |

For the lovers of To LOve-Ru, here's good news: Someday, the creator will probably make another series that could get equal appreciation.

ac: Ichigo 100% and Rosario+Vampire got released "unmolested". I have confidence in To Love-Ru getting the same treatment. BC's popular enough to justify an announcement in the near future, too.
