Is there any reason for the two Daicon shorts to be lumped together as one entry; pretty much everything (plots, run times, vintages, staff lists) differs between the two. |

The only thing I can think of is that they're obscure enough that if someone has seen one they've probably seen them all.
Another entry with the same problem is Ghiblies - all the same things are different as you listed with the Daicon films (except plot, since neither episode has one), but they were also distributed in different ways, with one being a forgettable TV special that aired a couple years ago and the other being an (utterly brilliant) medium-length subject that was shown before The Cat Returns. Ideally they should be listed as Ghiblies (special) and Ghiblies (movie) - If there's a seperate entry for the Wolf's Rain OVA, why not? But most of that is probably just that I don't like my favorite anime film to be lumped in with something as dull and humorless as Ghiblies Episode One. |
