animenewsnetwork.com/bbs/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=22572&highlight=best+anime+ost what anime has the best OST! dont go picking your favorite 1 song, but an entire OST. and dont pick an entire ost just because it has your favorite song lol. please pick only 1 ost. mine would have to be rozen maiden. i love the feel of the music, almost classical. |

Actually, that thread is the exact same thing as this one. And to top it off, your "argument" is weak and hardly worth discussion. Just because you "love it" and it's "almost classical" doesn't necessarily make it "the best OST," or even noteworthy of a recommendation.
If you're gonna' vouch for something, at least do that thing justice by trying to sound technical and making your explanation as detailed or fancy as possible. Are there any particular pieces you like? Do you even know the number of tracks on the OST? Can you name the composer off the top of your head without looking at the Encyclopedia entry? Are you familiar with any of that composer's previous works? Does the sound quality or instrument composition differ between RM and previous works (i.e. orchestra vs. heavy synth or whatever style that person uses)? Do you sense any themes within the instrumentation or melodies in relation to the characters or scenarios (i.e. do the track names give anything away)? You can't even capitalize the first letter of the of first word in a sentence, and yet you wanna' make a thread discussing your favorite OST? Polish your writing skills first, then I'll gladly participate in such a topic.
