CD Japan and Yes Asia seem to be the most used sites. I've only ordered from Yes Asia, and I think they offer free shipping for orders over $30 or $35, though that might've been a special.

If by "reasonable price" you mean the price that an equivalent product would cost in the U.S., then you probably aren't going to find anything. Japanese media products (CD, DVD) seem to cost in the ballpark of twice as much as American products. A full length CD goes for somewhere near 3000 yen in Japan (about $30), when in the U.S., depending on the retailer, the price is $15-$18.

There are licensed copies sold to other asian countries like Avex Trax Taiwan (gasp). Or Tofu Records licences Jpop for the USA. So the prices are closers to USA retail of CDs.
However, the selection is kind of limited.
But, one3rd is correct Retail price for direct Japan import CDs are very expensive.

Animecastle.com sells some deccent priced J-rock and J-pop, but they also sell bootlegs, so buy at your own risk.
