The video section of ANN says the following:

But how come there are 37 episodes of this show? The encyclopedia lists 13+2 from the OVA.

Good catch. Somehow, on the backend, the Cosmo Warrior Zero video series had been associated with the Death Note encyclopedia entry. I wonder how that ever happened. Shocked
