Nekocon, Virginia's oldest and longest running anime convention, is located in the eastern part of Virginia (Hampton Roads area.) Every November the Nekocon staff pull together many enriching and entertaining activities for fans by fans, and 2012 will be our 15th year. More information can be found at www.nekocon.com. Memberships are just $40 for the entire weekend until September 26th, 2012 after that they are $50 at the Door. Guests this year include: Chris Cason Tony Oliver Brina Palencia J.
