While entering the credits based on the original video's Kanjis the following errors of already existing entries were found:
Adding more credits led to the following discoveries: Chieko NESAKI (no Kanji, 4 staff entries for Background Art) is apparently a spelling error duplicate of Chieko NEZAKI (根崎知恵子, 11 staff entries for Background Art). Hideki ARAKAWA (荒木英樹, 1 staff entries for Key Animation) is an impossible reading for these Kanji and a duplicate of Hideki ARAKI (荒木英樹, 30 staff entries for various Animation tasks). Yoshitaka KOUNO (no Kanji, 1 staff entries as Animation Director) is apparently a different romanization of Yoshitaka KOHNO (河野悦隆, 12 staff entries as Animation Director etc.). Kenshoo IKEDA (池田憲章, 2 staff entries as Advertising Producer) is a different Kanji reading duplicate of Noriaki IKEDA (池田憲章, 5 staff entries for Producer / Promotion). Interestingly, the Japanese Wikipedia Page for 池田憲章 contains both readings! The following credits didn't make it into the database as I didn't find a corresponding person (or in some cases the most likely person had different kanji in the database already) and didn't dare to create one without any romanization at hand. The ones given here are guesses (based on EDICT and ANN database queries), and some kanji reading errors from my side can't be ruled out. I'm still posting them here as there isn't any web page out there that would be listing them:
