I myself have the dream of getting one of my anime ideas published or get a series going. But the problem is no matter how much practise i just cant draw worth crap. Since most/basically all anime shows are based of manga its impossible to get anywhere with out it. Im just intrested on how the companys work. Do they have a crack team to illustrate an idea or do u have to make your own. lol

when ur anime/manga its either buy a big publishing company or independent artists so if u cant draw ur kinda screwed
