Wow, no offense Hata-sensei, but that told us absolutely nothing! Could you be a bit less vague, or do you just enjoy frustrating your fans (probably the latter!)

I'm guessing that Hata might be doing something along the lines of what he did with one of the characters in the film.
Kayura Tsurugino showed up in the movie and was later added in to the manga as a somewhat important side character. Based on that my best guess is what Hata has in mind for season 3 is side stories or a plot he can retcon in to the manga story.
