Ok, so here is my list:
1. Sword Art Online
2. Kono naka
3. Dakara
4. Hagure Yuusha
5. Election and Choco
6. kokoro connect
7. Oda Nobuna

Surprised that SAO is not first on article list, considering it has Yuki Kajiura.

hmm, not all that suprised with this, earlier in the week i was thinking how this poll would look whenever it came out and i got the top 5 exactly the same as is, so i hate to call the people who respond to these polls predictable but they really are

my top 5 would be:
1. Sword Art Online - read it, its great, much better than Accel World (authors other work)
2. Chouyaku Hyakunin Isshu: Uta Koi. - i enjoyed Chiayafuru, so something else related to the Karuta cards poems grabs my immediate interest, although i'm not sure if it'll be good or a disappointment
3. Moyashimon Returns - enjoyed the first series, looking forward to the sequel
4. Tari Tari - i've enjoyed recent P.A. Works series (Another, Hanasaku Iroha) so im excited for this one too
5. Natsuyuki Rendezvous - there isn't really enough Josei series out there, so any that do get adapted i always watch cause they rarely disappoint

This one is probably a better sample than the previous poll which only had like 3000 votes.

Kinda surprised how low Tari Tari and Chocolate are, based on their studios.

Given how well the first season did, Yuruyuri♪♪ being first is far from surprising. Of course, if margins of error had any meaning for this poll, Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere II would be effectively tied for second place(the difference is just over 1/4% of the votes).

Nice, looks like it's going to be a busy summer. I would also put Kokoro Connect, Sword Art Online, and Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imōto ga Iru! in my top 5 anticipated, but would have Rin-ne no Lagrange and Tari Tari as my other two.

I'm...I'm just going to shake my head in quiet sadness here.

What would you expect? They're two sequels of very popular anime and an adaption of a popular light novel. I'd be surprised if they weren't in the top 5.

Come now, this has been the state of Japanese anime fandom for almost a decade now. No one should really be surprised anymore.

Me? I'm pscyched! I'm going to be watching so many anime I'm not going to know what to do with myself!

I really didn't like Horizon, so I am kind of surprised to see it has a good ranking. I'm trying to figure out how it would be appealing. It just seemed very incoherent and as for the fanservicey designs there were IMO better shows in that category but I guess I'll fall back on how entertainment is subjective.

I do like plenty of things that I would agree don't have a great plot, but Horizon had a lot of "wonky" character designs and such that bugged me as well.

I will guess that the years of light novels have provided enough time for the fans that contribute to the success of the anime to get used to the "wonky" designs and find the plot. So long as you don't treat the anime as the only part of the franchise it is pretty easy to understand the success.

Supposedly Horizon makes sense only if you've read the LNs.

However, I've also heard from people who have read the LNs that the author is terrible at pacing and not over-explaining everything.
