Any one know where I could find a copy of the Black Heaven soundtrack? I tried Google but can't find any place where I can buy it.

According to CD Japan, it's been out of print for a while, now. I looked around Google and eBay and I couldn't even find a bootleg. So unless you're willing to do a lot of searching and probably pay more money than it's worth, you might be better off just getting a copy through "other" means.
