I'm going to say Rukiia gets credit since HyugaHinata only narrowed it down to one of four characters. I probably would have accepted a more specific description, but I don't think I can accept a description when it isn't specific enough to limit it to one character.

I KNEW she looked familiar too! It was driving me crazy cause I never seen the series but I have seen this character before in AMV's. |

To be honest, I couldn't remember who it was either (despite being sure I had watched the anime she was from). I skimmed through larinon's anime list until I saw the right anime listed to refresh my memory.
