Dang, I was going to guess spoiler[Azrael for Gundam Seed], but didn't because I thought the character in the picture was too young to be him! I should've followed my gut reaction.

Hint #1: spoiler[This character is a man. Though to be fair, he looks just like a female, acts childish and happy most of the time, and has an effeminate voice, so it is pretty hard to tell.]
Hopefully that makes a drastic reduction in possible answers. |
